Tasks

-Drive pricing strategy and sales profitability across the zone, ensuring alignment with UK and Group objectives. -Lead and support sales controlling processes, ensuring consistency in trade terms and pricing across the region. -Provide accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analyses to steer performance. -Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement strategic business improvements. -Develop and manage customer rebate agreements and support key commercial decisions with actionable data.

What You Bring

-Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus. -Degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification. -Proficient in SAP, Power BI and Excel; comfortable with reporting tools and business analytics. -Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. -Strong experience in sales controlling, pricing strategy, and commercial operations, ideally within an international group.
