Community Project Officer

Overview

Coordinate and support community grant projects across the West Midlands

Tasks

-Provide advice and guidance to community groups, charities and schools to help them apply for community grants and other funding opportunities. (Training will be provided) -Act as a key point of contact between funders and local groups. -Promote available funding through community networks, social media and local events. -As and when required support other Groundwork community projects such as play sessions, cookery clubs or green space improvements. -Support the smooth running of the grants programme, maintaining records, coordinating panel meetings and helping to process reports and case studies.
