Overview

Implement and maintain Azure-based DevOps automation, monitoring, and security solutions.

Tasks

-Continuously evaluate existing systems and make recommendations for improvement, including situations where infrastructure services are being retired -Research, implement, and maintain security measures and practices to help protect infrastructure, applications, and data -Monitoring and validation of backups for essential services and data -Second-level troubleshooting of customer issues -Design and implement DevOps infrastructure projects in collaboration with the development team -Build and deploy automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions

What You Bring

-Experience with automation tooling (e.g., Terraform) -Strong communicator, both written and oral, that can collaborate with multiple groups within the company -4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer -Strong understanding of Azure services and tools -Understanding of monitoring tools -Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience -Familiarity with deployment of applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play is a plus -Analytical thinker with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills -Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills -Experience with version control software (e.g., Git) -Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)

Benefits

-11 annual paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday -Pay range: $123,700 - $142,500 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value. -Parental leave -22 days PTO -Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 17%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits -Unparalleled health benefits (PPO plan with no deductibles, no co-pays, DCI covers 99% of costs) -DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis -Company covers 100% of payroll taxes for state family medical leave -Quarterly bonuses: we all share in the success of the company -Winter break (we are closed the last week of each year) -401k match (3% match from DCI regardless of participation, 5% maximum match, 100% vested immediately)
