Tasks

-Writes and submits testing and inspection reports, quality assurance inspections, and other reports when required. -Monitors execution of each phase of project and milestones according to plan, responding to any deviation, quality and/or timing issues. -Represents Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors. -Follows regulations and ensures permits are obtained timely. -Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. -Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment's within the precise specifications of the project. -Utilizes PROCORE project management software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. -Manages multiple projects simultaneously at various stages, ranging in budget from $250K to $15M. -Supervises and/or manages team members, subcontractors, and/or suppliers in the area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback so as to comply with project schedules. -Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans, negotiating timelines, and resources with management and ensuring clients approvals. -Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed. -Collaborates with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure specifications are met. -Administers financial aspects of the owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders through Procore software, adhering to budget, timelines and quality standards.
