-Identify and mitigate process-related risks before handover to operations. -Evaluate process design and operability during project phases. -Support development of operating procedures and training materials. -Interface with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams. -Lead process engineering activities related to operations readiness and assurance.

What You Bring

-Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the similar role. -Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process engineering or a related field.
