Tasks

-Organize and distribute work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards. -Supervise and develop an assigned team of maintenance, grounds, and work order personnel. -Train new maintenance employees on safety, lockout/tagout, PPE, and workplace compliance. -Direct grounds and landscaping teams to maintain curb appeal standards across the property. -Monitor performance and quality of maintenance work in areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, drywall, fencing, painting, and general repairs. -Oversee daily operations including maintenance, financial reporting, inventory control, procurement, and customer service. -Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as needed. -Order and manage maintenance supplies and materials.. -Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations; prepare and maintain OSHA logs and SDS documentation. -Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, equipment, pools, water parks, and playgrounds.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to support the daily operations and provide leadership and oversight to maintenance technicians, roads and grounds crews, and work order staff to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest safety, quality, and customer service standards. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); Yardi software experience preferred. -Strong understanding of OSHA standards and safety protocols. -At least 1 year of supervisory experience. -Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. -High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or technical training preferred. -Working knowledge of all phases of property and facilities management. -Minimum of 3 years of property management or facilities maintenance experience. -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. -Availability for night and weekend on-call emergencies.
