-Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff -Experience managing small projects and / or functioning as the secondary point of contact on larger projects -Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the mechanical discipline -Engineer expertise in mechanical discipline -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -Proven ability to represent the mechanical discipline at meetings -Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis -A minimum of 9 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
