Tasks

-Lead daily CCU operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards while managing staff during assigned shifts -Provide mentorship and training to shift personnel to enhance their capabilities and ensure professional growth -Drive continuous improvements by analyzing shift reports, identifying areas for development, and implementing necessary changes -Conduct briefings and debriefings with team members to ensure clarity of responsibilities and sharing of vital information -Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to site management and guest services during shifts -Coordinate communication between different operational teams to facilitate a collective response to incidents and emergencies -Oversee incident management processes and ensure accurate documentation for accountability and follow-up -Monitor shift activities and performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency and respond to operational challenges -Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational policies, and quality assurance standards at all times

What You Bring

-Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices -Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams -Proficient in the use of management software and communication tools -Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role -Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Operations Management -Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
