Drive sales, manage T&D projects, and grow customer relationships for Hubbell products.

Tasks
-Analyze bid documentation to identify applicable Hubbell product offerings that meet required specifications -Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and/or information on market trends -Integrate proposals with construction project timelines to identify material prioritizations or potential adjustments -Serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships backed by key performance indicators and exceptional support -Oversee project management aspects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and seamless integration of sales projects into CRM -Conduct project closeouts, evaluating key performance indicators to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement on future bids -Assist in leadership and mentor functions on the team to train and encourage peers -Drive strategic alignment on opportunities across the Hubbell Platform -Develop and execute a short-term and long-term plan for overall market share growth -Manage key end user accounts through consistent exposure for Hubbell and an understanding of the key drivers to their business and spending -Promote Hubbell’s Product Portfolio to increase product approvals, promote project management capabilities, and applications of products -Take charge of issue resolution promptly, maintaining communication with all stakeholders to minimize impacts on project timelines and increase customer satisfaction -Analyze markets to identify new business opportunities and generate a pipeline of targeted opportunities -Provide pricing support and analysis to optimize bid competitiveness, driving repeat business -Assist Project Services Director in project planning/forecasting and the development of a strategic growth strategy -Drive end user preference for Hubbell products -Review, organize, and present project quote proposals; including terms and conditions, testing, product offering, and delivery schedules

-Background in the Electrical Utility Industry -Salesforce experience -Manufacturing knowledge -Ability to travel 50% on business-related trips -Possesses exceptional communication skills across various job functions -Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills -Proficiency in prioritizing tasks -Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills -BS Degree in Engineering or Business -Proficient in utilizing technology to boost sales performance -Minimum 10+ years’ experience -Experience in the Electrical Utility Industry -PowerBI experience
