Technical Implementation Lead

Overview

Lead technical rollout and training for ECHO system across UK depots.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Support the Project Manager in planning rollout delivery timetables and liaise with the product team to ensure smooth delivery. -Provide on-site support if and when necessary, UK wide travel will be required. -Work with the Project Manager to ensure a successful go live. -Working with the project manager and product lead to ensure that all rollouts are planned accordingly and provide feedback on the ECHO system to the product owner in order to roll out a more refined system to the business that is active and ready. -Work with the product team to ensure that all data is successfully migrated prior to going live. -Deliver on site face to face training to Commercial depots across the UK.

What You Bring

-Experience in a business support or project support role. -Excellent face to face communication skills with an ability to deliver training clearly. -Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of all levels. -Proven experience in training and coaching. -Understanding of IT and software systems would be beneficial -Previous project roll out experience preferably of an IT product.
