Project Quality Manager

Tasks

-Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions. -Gather and analyse quality performance data (KPIs, trends, etc.) and report to the Regional QA Lead. -Provide specialist input during project start-up, including preparation of project quality and management plans. -Support ISO certification maintenance (9001, 14001, 45001) and compliance across offices in the assigned region. -Manage quality inductions, awareness sessions, and training within projects. -Contribute to client feedback processes and organize quality meetings as needed. -Drive Lean initiatives and quality improvement programs to reinforce continuous improvement. -Champion and implement AECOM’s quality standards across assigned projects. -Support and execute internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with project and corporate requirements. -Coach and mentor Project Managers to sustain a strong quality culture.

What You Bring

-At least 8 years as a certified Internal or Lead Auditor . -Strong analytical and statistical reporting skills (KPIs, trend analysis). -Minimum 10 years’ experience in a quality assurance role within large infrastructure or engineering projects. -Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages an advantage. -Degree in Engineering or a related field. -Familiarity with Lean methodologies , ISO 44001 (collaborative working), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. -Confident communicator with strong influencing and coaching skills. -Certified Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 (or equivalent). -Ethical, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset. -Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities. -Willingness to travel as required across the region. -Chartered Quality Professional or equivalent qualification preferred. -In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 implementation and auditing.
