Sell SaaS construction solutions to mid-market clients and meet sales quotas.

Tasks
-Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, working directly with manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. -Input and manage prospects and customer data using our CRM. -Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of products – including ConstructConnect Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect Bid-Management, OnCenter, and Planswift, SmartBid, and iSqFt Bid Management. -Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales process. -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitive landscape. -Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions. -Leverage consultative/solution based selling technique to position the value of our product to potential customers. -Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (OR) 2+ years sales experience in a SaaS environment (OR) 1+ years’ experience as a ConstructConnect BDR -Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or BDR role, preferably within the construction industry. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships. -Knowledge of the construction industry, including an understanding of construction project lifecycles. -The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes. -All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States. -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player. -Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
