Tasks

In this role, you’ll lead sales, hire operations, construction, and customer delivery, driving profitable growth and operational efficiency. You’ll foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and aligned with company values. -Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and statutory obligations. -Build, develop, and sustain a high-performing, cross-functional team while maintaining a strong safety culture. -Lead and manage regional operations to achieve financial, commercial, and customer service KPIs. -Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously improve net promoter scores (NPS). -Drive sustainable growth and return on investment (ROI) through strategic pricing, bidding, and operational excellence. -Manage profit and loss (P&L), forecasting, budgeting, and commercial risk. -Develop regional plans aligned with overall business strategy and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. -Build strong internal and external relationships to support business success.

What You Bring

This critical position can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with regular travel between regions required. Reporting to the Managing Director, we’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee our total operations across NSW/ACT (Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra) and VIC/TAS (Melbourne, Launceston). -Proven experience managing a P&L while leading a multi-disciplinary team over a number of locations. -Demonstrated ability to build networks and foster collaboration while driving influence. -Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive change. -Experience in construction or modular building would be an advantage. -Skilled in contract management, negotiation, and financial modelling. -Ability to maintain a mature, professional and solution-focused approach. -Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar. -Solid demonstrated management experience in Sales and Operational management with strong commercial acumen.
