Tasks

-Ensuring safe, compliant delivery and maintaining strong H&S standards. -Working with commercial teams on costs, risks, forecasts and contractual matters. -Providing accurate progress updates to customers and internal teams. -Leading and developing the project delivery team. -Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work meets specification, safety and programme requirements. -Building strong client relationships and managing expectations. -Managing pre-construction activities and reviewing project scopes. -Leading data centre projects from bid stage through to completion.

What You Bring

Due to continued growth and increasing demand for their services, they are expanding their delivery teams and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support data centre projects in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The role may also involve working on projects in London in future, depending on business needs. -Strong leadership and communication skills. -Solid IT proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint). -Relevant H&S certifications such as SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS or ECS. -Full rights to work in the UK. -Knowledge of data centre environments. -Project management experience within construction or M&E.

Benefits

Salary: £85,000 – £100,000 including car allowance
