-Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and finance/insurance documentation. -Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase performance and features. -Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying journey. -Maintain expert knowledge of all vehicle models, features, specifications, and finance options. -Adhere to brand guidelines, ethical sales practices, and compliance standards. -Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business. -Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and regulatory requirements. -Stay updated on competitor products and market trends. -Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline status. -Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets. -Prospect new clients through referrals, cold calls, and showroom walk-ins. -Conduct professional consultations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. -Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for leads, opportunities, and sales activities. -Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to finalize deals. -Actively participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
