Tasks
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you’ll support our enterprise and key customer accounts while ensuring that every project runs smoothly from quotation to delivery. Your technical expertise and relationship-building skills will help customers find the best solutions — and help EAE continue to lead the market. -Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent EAE USA. -Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to ensure smooth project execution. -Track, report, and follow up on active quotes and opportunities. -Handle enterprise account documentation, including drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical reviews. -Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, serving as a trusted technical partner. -Coordinate submittals and ensure timely approval of documentation. -Manage and assist with quotations and order processing for assigned and new customers.

Technical Sales Specialist — a key player in driving innovation, building strong client partnerships, and delivering world-class service. -2–3+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Project Management, or Account Management. -Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). -Strong customer-facing and client relations background. -Experience with electrical products, construction, or manufacturing is a plus. -Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday, Dynamics, ClickUp, or Asana). -Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). -Technical or electrical systems knowledge preferred (training available). -Bachelor’s degree, associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent industry experience. -Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and international projects.
