What You Bring

-Completed construction site health and safety course. -Strong client and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills. -Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. -5+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with client-side project experience desirable for the PM role. -A strong understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration, with managing contractor contract experience is highly desirable. -Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar. -AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably. -Well-developed spoken and reporting/ writing skills with strong competence in computer software including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Microsoft Project desirable. -10+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with client-side project experience desirable for the SPM role.
