  • Utilize existing equipment and supplies efficiently to maintain optimal warehouse cleanliness standards
  • Manage cardboard and trash removal throughout the warehouse facility while ensuring proper waste segregation
  • Cross-train on various warehouse functions to provide flexible coverage as needed
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure continuous operations and seamless workflow
  • Empty recyclables and maintain efficient waste management systems across the facility
  • Perform monthly maintenance tasks including swapping mop heads and maintaining cleaning equipment
  • Provide backup support for skid handling operations when primary JLL associates are on PTO or absent
  • Participate in overtime rotation to provide support at Mechanicsburg facility as business needs require

  • Ability to lift and move materials safely in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with waste management and recycling processes
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment maintenance and procedures
