Tasks

-Manage multiple projects concurrently, which includes coordinating and assisting with schedules and workload, maintaining the assignment log, conducting staff evaluations, and approving timesheets. -Oversee day-to-day operations, addressing and resolving project-specific managerial, administrative, and operational tasks. -Assist in the preparation, review, and management of change orders. -Lead and participate in meetings with client, project staff, and contractors to negotiate, mediate, and recommend resolutions for project disputes and settlements. -Ensure accurate estimating, evaluation, and negotiation of construction cost, leveraging extensive experience in cost control and construction project assessment. -Conduct on-site inspections and prepare detailed field reports. -Review and provide recommendations on contractor claims related to costs and schedule impacts. -Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects in compliance with contract requirements. -Analyze contractor schedules to ensure alignment with baseline schedules and assess time impact claims.

What You Bring

-At least 10 years of diverse, full-time technical experience in the construction field with significant exposure to managing all phases of construction. -Demonstrated ability to provide analysis of technical questions, conduct costs analyses, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time and within budget. -Experience working with public agency clients is preferred. -Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a managerial role.
