Tasks
-Lead and support a team of BMS service engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring -Conduct site audits, system health checks, and performance evaluations -Participate in out of hours customer support -Maintain accurate service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives -Supervise and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities for BMS systems -Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and customer expectations -Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery -Act as the point of contact for raised technical issues and complex fault diagnostics -Assist in the development of energy-saving strategies and system optimizations

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation -Strong communication and organizational abilities -Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role -Proven experience working with BMS systems -Experience with energy management and smart building technologies -Siemens training or certification -Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACNet, Modbus, and KNX -Knowledge of IT networks and cybersecurity in BMS environments -Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills -Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Controls Engineering)
