The Role

Overview

Lead development and execution of aviation marketing campaigns for airports.

Tasks

-Develop marketing strategies, ad campaign concepts and execu tion plans to raise awareness of the transformation of the airports and manage the impact on their multiple stakeholders , as well as campaigns for objectives that cut across business lines such as recruitment . -Deliver marketing programs with speed, rigor and efficiency. Frequently visit the airports to assess the state of a campaign or the need for new or better communications (assume potentially once per week on-site at one of the airports ). -Proactively assess marketing needs and opportunities, delivering significant added value to the client by developing inspiring ideas for big tactics or other creative ideas that transform the perception of our brands. -Identify clear goals and objectives for the campaign s, with performance measure ment . -Assess and recommend tactics and strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations, and enhancing the value we provide to the Agency . Identify innovative ways to build new best practices and push the business forward. -Serve as champion of the PA, its mission and its values . Develop trusted and valued relationships with various stakeholders to elevate the caliber of the work. -Champion the optimization of the experience on the aviation websites, from experience design to content. -Identify employee goals and conduct performance reviews. -Lead, i nspire , and motivate a team of two, as well as other colleagues and cross functional teams in and beyond the Communications department, as well as our ad agency partners. -Mentor and coach direct reports to be come stronger strategically, tactically, and interpersonally.

-Strong oral and written communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients . -Proven track record of pro-actively developing big ideas , including digital experiences . -Strong project management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives. -A bility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment , both collaboratively and individuall y. -A passion for creative excellence and a track record of developing great creative ideas beautifully designed and flawlessly executed . -At least 10 years of experience in building marketing or advertising plan s . -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field . -Excellent s trategic thinking , problem solving and analytical skills. -In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, advertising, or relevant work experience . -Proven experience in a marketing leadership role with several years of experience managing a team. -Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
