What You Bring

We are seeking to appoint a talented and energetic person to join our Asphalt & Products team on a six-month parental leave contract for a Project Engineer/Coordinator role based out of Teralba, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities -Strategic thinking, attention to detail and a collaborative leadership style. -Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload. -Sound technical knowledge and ability to manage time, cost, quality and safety requirements. -Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. -Previous experience in project or business operations management with exposure to the civil or road sectors (highly advantageous). -Sound knowledge of computer processes and experience using the Microsoft Suite. -Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering preferred. -Experience in tender preparation, contract negotiation and team leadership. -An aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
