Tasks

-Submit payment applications, manage variations and track costs. -Contract Focus: Handle all communication and compliance for JCT/NEC and other contracts. -Risk Management: Work with Project Managers to spot and reduce financial and contractual risks. -Reporting: Produce clear weekly and monthly financial reports (CVR) for management.

What You Bring

-Familiar with spreadsheets and analysing cost changes. -You must have or be willing to get a CSCS card. -Good practical skills in measurement -A solid understanding of contract details and project finance. -Minimum 1 year of QS experience.
