-Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance -Prepare working drawings -Assist in supervising construction projects -May work in a team with shared supervisory responsibilities -Analyze technical documents and reports -Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) -Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD) -Conduct site visits to gather relevant information -Write specifications -Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes
