Tasks

-Maintain and update certificates of insurance. -Reconcile and code credit card statements. -Maintain accounting functions at the office level and other duties as assigned. -Track and document petty cash account by writing checks, request replenishments, reconcile bank and internal accounting balance. -Process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing. -Fleet administration including purchases, sales, USDOT requirements and commuting taxes for driver’s payroll. -Establishing and implementing new procedures to increase inter-department efficiency. -Financial report compilation, distribution and prepare management presentation. -Support receptionists and administrative management of the office.
