Assist mechanics with motor and pump repair, cleaning, testing, and onsite installations.

Tasks

-Use power tools, hand tools, and a multimeter for repairs. -Maintain the tool areas -Assist mechanics with cleaning, painting, testing, and disassembling AC/DC motors & pumps. -Assist with the replacing & wiring of electric motors at job sites. -Help troubleshoot & repair pumps, motors, and fans in-shop and on-site.

What You Bring

-Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems. -Stand for up to 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, and work on ladders/platforms. -Mechanical/technical skills & experience with hand/power tools. -Valid driver's license (clean for 7 years). -Basic PC knowledge & strong communication skills. -This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching -Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
