Lead East Tennessee aftermarket HVAC parts division, driving sales, staff, inventory, and warehouse ops.

Tasks

-Ensure closure of open orders in legacy systems -Partner with Equipment Sales & Service Channels to identify replacement equipment prospects -Directly manage Inside/Outside Sales and Warehouse staff -Lead migration from REA system to FACTS warehouse module -Work closely with Operations Manager to train staff and standardize processes -Oversee replacement equipment stocking (Bard wall-mount, ClimateMaster WSHPs, Lennox rooftops, LG mini-splits, accessories) -Strengthen sales initiatives to capture aftermarket business opportunities -Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new hires -Ensure inventory availability while balancing cost and profitability -Oversee build-out and transition into a new 7,500 sq. ft. Knoxville warehouse -Clearly define account assignments to eliminate overlap and maximize accountability -Implement structured pricing models (good / better / best) for competitiveness and margin protection -Establish reliable delivery/courier solutions -Manage budgets, including capital expenditures for forklifts, racking, and logistics needs -Develop and implement stocking strategies for high-demand parts (AAON, York chiller, LG, VFDs, refrigerants, any other required parts -Coordinate physical inventory counts, data migration, and vendor setup -Conduct annual performance reviews, set development goals, and align team performance with organizational objectives -Provide leadership for potential future warehouse expansions across East Tennessee -Resolve operational issues (phone systems, warehouse processes) in advance of relocation

What You Bring

-Strong leadership and team development skills -Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills -Experience with warehouse operations, logistics, and ERP systems (FACTS preferred) -Customer-focused mindset with ability to balance sales growth and margin protection -Proven experience in HVAC aftermarket parts sales, distribution, or management -Knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts (similar and/or equivalent to AAON, York, LG, Bard, ClimateMaster, Lennox)
