Tasks
-Lead client communication and project coordination from start to finish. -Collaborate with senior project managers, operations managers, and practice leaders to ensure timely project execution and team alignment. -Define project scope, timelines, and resources for clear alignment and execution. -Must follow safety guidelines and apply established site protocols. -Assist with the review of contracts, drawings, and submittals for accuracy and completeness. -Help coordinate and attend progress meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. -Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. -Support HEAPY’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values in all activities and interactions. -Travel regularly to job sites to oversee subcontractors and ensure construction is progressing safely and according to design specifications. -Act as an on-site liaison between subcontractors, clients, vendors, and the HEAPY project team, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project requirements. -Support client relationships and business development across the Indianapolis market. -Support project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting, including updates for billing and cost control. -Oversee medium to large-scale projects (construction costs up to $5 million). -Participate in project planning, including cost estimation, scheduling, resource planning, and defining project scopes. -Verify that safety procedures and company policies are followed on all active job sites. -Engage in ongoing technical and professional development, aligned with OKR goals. -Participate in client outreach and communication, helping to maintain strong relationships and a Superior Client Experience.

What You Bring
-OSHA Safety Training/Certification (OSHA 30-Hour Construction) required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. -Do you thrive on keeping complex construction projects running smoothly — from kickoff to closeout? -Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents. -Reliable transportation to and from project sites required. -Ability to access all areas of a job site, including ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. -Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and video conferencing. -Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.). -Ability to move or transport items weighing up to 25 lbs. -Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to remain sedentary at a desk for periods of time while operating a computer. -Ability to gather, organize, and evaluate information related to project performance, costs, and schedules. -Basic understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction sequencing.
