The Role
Overview
Maintain system reliability, CI/CD pipelines, incident response, and infrastructure automation.

Tasks
Manage and maintain on-premises & cloud-based infrastructure. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process. Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets to balance reliability with feature velocity and ensure optimal system availability. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Respond to production incidents during business hours, conduct post-mortem analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce MTTR and improve system resilience. Participate in capacity planning and system design to support scalability and future growth. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows and processes. Implement security best practices and participate in vulnerability assessments. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and applications. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using automation tools.

What You Bring
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Harbor. Experience with observability and monitoring tools to track system health and performance. Understanding of networking, security, and system administration. Proven experience as a SRE, DevOps Engineer or similar role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4~6 years experiences Hands-on experience with on-premises or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible. Hands-on experience with DevSecOps using Fortify, SonarQube, Blackduck. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python.
