-Hands-on prototype and test sample preparation
-Material selection knowledge -Knowledge of design for manufacture (injection molding, sheet metal, etc.) -Experience with UL1741, UL9540, UL 9540A, UL 2743 -10+ years (BE/BS) or 8+ years (Masters) of industry experience -Experience in DFMEA -Ability to plan and lead DVT tasks independently -Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical engineering -Exposure to UL/IEC standards -Experience testing specific international standards (UL 6703, EN 60512, IEC 60529, etc.) -Experience with SolidWorks -DFM, RCCA, Mold flow experience -Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication -Previous experience in high-power and consumer products industries -Hands-on experience testing electromechanical products -Experience in designing high-volume products -Understanding of structural and thermal design -Exposure to electrical and electronic testing
