Tasks

This role will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning operatives. -Monitoring of work through daily spot checks, audits, and staff interactions to ensure high standards are maintained -Implementation of (including the arrangement of) staff training when required -Maintaining excellent client relationship -Advocating and developing a positive team spirit which will involve maintaining and developing high levels of safety, health, and environmental protection -Management of wages and holidays -Preparation of work schedules / rosters -Supervision (and direction where needed) of all cleaning team activities -Resolution of issues where they arise in a professional manner, and fair treatment of all -Management of staff rosters to ensure absenteeism and annual leave cover
