Tasks
-Plan and carry out Predictive / Reliability Cantered Maintenance (RCM) programs for condition monitoring of Electrical equipment to ensure improved machine availability and power system reliability. -Ensure that all company codes/regulations/engineering practices are adhered to by Section employees -Support the Manager, Electrical Maintenance to formulate Electrical maintenance spare parts requirement and ensure availability of spare parts necessary for implementation of all Electrical maintenance activities. Perform periodic reviews of material stocks in conjunction with Inventory & Warehouse Department (Das) and Procurement Department -Provide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in the electrical design and specifications to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices. -Delegate work responsibilities; assure development of subordinates in the job; stand as acting Manager, Electrical Maintenance as and when required -Conduct Internal Safety audit of the installations in the plant with regards to Electrical equipment and develop action plan for area maintenance engineers to take up corrective measures. -Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis and safety reviews and submit reports & recommendations accordingly -Prepare method statements for critical jobs, verify electrical procedures and instructions, plus scope of work for contract jobs and service work orders to meet work requirements and standards. -Participate and provide professional expertise in the technological up-gradation of obsolete equipment and preparation & execution of Plant Change Requests (PCRs) for modification in existing facilities. -Take action to INTERVENE and STOP any un-safe activity or non-compliance with HSE requirements, if witnessed, and report the incident – regardless of your position or that of the transgressor -Supervise High Voltage switching activities in line with set policies and procedures to ensure safe operations. -Ensure availability, reliability and integrity of plant and Electrical equipment, in line with best Maintenance techniques and engineering practices -Conduct Advanced Safety Audits and Advanced Maintenance Audits on the team -Participate in RCA meetings / discussions and contribute in resolving issues towards avoidance of plant trip recurrences -Liaise and contact Team Leaders in Planning, Scheduling and Turnaround Department with regard to shutdown preparation, to review on the method statement in order to achieve optimum quality assurance. Reviews the schedule preparation with appropriate suggestion in order to avoid unnecessary delay for handover or commission of equipment. -Review the existing maintenance practices and support implementation of innovative & modern methodologies for enhanced productivity leading to improvement in equipment performance and reliability. Ensure optimum utilization of the maintenance system for maintaining job history and data quality so as to retrieve quality information. -Participate in technical evaluation of bids and inspection of materials on receipt to ensure specifications and required quality. -Conduct the preparation of predictive, preventive, modification and major shutdown maintenance programs for electrical equipment in the plant. Review the periodic & shutdown work plans and integrate activities with other sections for their execution. -Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements. -Design, installation and commissioning of DCS & ESD / PLC projects. -Carry out detailed engineering; prepare scope of work, technical evaluation and execution for Capital, Extra Ordinary Maintenance (EOM) and Major Maintenance (MM) activities.

What You Bring
-Electrical condition monitoring and SRCM -Good knowledge of spoken and written English. -Good communication and coordination skill. -Team player with collaborative skill. -8 years of experience in diverse Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industry with specialization in Electrical Maintenance -Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. -Good interpersonal and people management skill. -Demonstrate appropriate levels of knowledge and responsibility regarding Technical and Operational Integrity processes of AIRMS.
