The Role
Overview
Service, maintain and install water softeners and filtration systems for clients.

Tasks
-Diagnose and repair faults on a range of systems, including Fleck, Clack, Harveys, and Autotrol. -Represent the company professionally at all times. -Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance. -Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations. -Complete job reports, service documentation, and communicate effectively with the office team. -Provide technical advice and support to customers. -Service, maintain, and install water softeners and filtration systems (domestic and commercial).

What You Bring
-Basic plumbing and electrical skills essential. -Strong knowledge of Fleck, Clack, Harveys, and Autotrol systems. -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Strong customer service and communication skills. -Water hygiene or Legionella awareness training (advantageous). -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Experience with RO (reverse osmosis) and filtration systems. -Full UK driving licence required. -Proven experience servicing and installing water softeners (minimum 2 years preferred). -NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing, Mechanical, or Water Treatment discipline.
