Tasks

-Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships -Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes. -Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings. -Manage and be responsible for the sales and marketing team, their performance, schedules, and sales achievements. -Budgeting and forecasting company sales targets and profitably.

What You Bring

-Capable of conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements. Prepare proposals for clients. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in promoting ERP software and business preferably in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia region. -Knowledge of ERP software functionality. -Confident, resilient and presentable with experience in training and staff development. -Solid technical background, sound IT terminology. -Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities. -Influential team player, with leadership skills and an ability to drive sales team to target achievement. -Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas/Business Development goals -Good knowledge of KSA markets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements. -Bilingual language skills (verbal, written English and Arabic) will be an advantage.
