Tasks

-Setting production lines to job specs and optimising equipment performance -Supporting continuous improvement and engineering development projects -Assisting with installations, refurbishments, and R&D activities -Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and condition reporting

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a production, packaging or FMCG manufacturing environment -Fault finding and hands-on problem solving across mechanical and electrical systems -A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering -Experience working as part of a wider engineering and production team -Rapid response to breakdowns and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime -Exposure to 3D design software or 3D printing technologies -A logical approach to troubleshooting and solving engineering issues -Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings -Playing a key role in health & safety awareness and engineering best practices -Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens) -Strong fault-finding abilities across 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters

Benefits
