The Role

Overview

Manage multiple small to mid-size EPC projects on-site, overseeing design, risk, and contractors.

Tasks

-Monitors entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations -Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance -You will coordinate all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget -Finally you will prepare detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan -Supports new plant proposals as required -Proactively engages present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation. -You will also know how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals -You will independently manages multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously -Manages and directs contractors during field installation -Identifies and mitigates risks associated with projects

What You Bring

-Finally if you have a PMP certification that is a plus -In addition you will recognize problems or situation that are new or without clear precedent -Able to analyze risk and future impact of decisions -Additionally you will have an understanding of construction contracting and contracts management -Understanding of construction and commissioning safety -You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline -15 or more years of experience in engineering or project management -Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus -You will have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time -Experience in Field Construction Management
