Tasks

-Act as Subject Matter Expert, advising clients and managing consultants, contractors, and project teams. -Provide line management, mentoring, and career development for junior PMO and Project Controls staff. -Design and maintain effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strategies, and governance structures. -Support sustainability goals, including Net Zero Carbon, throughout project delivery and operations. -Drive innovation and continuous improvement aligned with industry best practices and service excellence. -Develop and manage project baselines (scope, time, cost, risk) and monitor performance, including Quantitative Risk Analysis. -Lead implementation and delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned commissions. -Oversee cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with objectives and escalation protocols.
