Lead coastal engineering design teams on major UK and international infrastructure projects

Tasks

-Setting quality assurance standards in design. -Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals. -Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes. -Mentoring and developing junior staff. -Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. -Promoting technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero and digital innovation. -Grow, develop and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice. -Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.

What You Bring

-Chartered Civil Engineer. -Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and overseas. -The ability to work with our clients around the world to develop solutions that meet their requirements. -Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
