

Contributing to testing, performance, and reliability improvements
You'll contribute to a platform used by real athletes, clubs, and performance staff.
Building user-facing features across web and mobile
Implementing APIs, data flows, and backend logic
Turning user feedback and data insights into product updates
You'll build features end-to-end - not just small tickets or UI tweaks.
Pairing with experienced engineers and learning modern engineering practices
(high grades, strong projects, clear technical foundations)
You'll work across a genuinely modern stack: React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud-native tooling.
You'll learn how high-quality products are shaped: ideation → design → build → ship → iterate.
0-2 years' experience (internships, placements & personal projects all count)
Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (JS/TS, Python, etc.)
(e.g. club athlete, coaching, competing, ongoing participation in team-based sports)
£25k-£32k salary + equity
Location: Hybrid Belfast Salary: £25,000-£32,000 + Equity
