Tasks

-Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and permissions for project activities -Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. -Supervise and manage civil construction projects, including but not limited to ducting, trenching, reinstatements, and cable laying. -Support the training and development of team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed -Oversee and guide teams of civil workers, ensuring their compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
