This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive-Commercial & Residential based in Noida. The Executive will engage in day-to-day activities including managing commercial and residential real estate transactions, following up with clients, strengthening customer relationships, and offering exceptional customer service. Capability in Following Up and managing tasks efficiently
High level of professionalism, organizational skills, and self-motivation
Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulatory environments, particularly RERA guidelines
Proficiency in Commercial and Commercial Management skills
Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions tailored to client needs
