Tasks

-Partner with global finance and accounting teams to ensure consistency and alignment. -Improve financial reporting processes to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability. -Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A team. -Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and capital allocation decisions. -Champion the use of automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced decision-making -Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and investment decisions. -Lead the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. -Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team. -Drive the implementation and optimization of world-class FP&A tools and reporting systems (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan). -Deliver clear insights on revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and other key metrics. -Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration across finance. -Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for commercial teams. -Partner with business unit leaders to align financial plans with operational strategy -Support board and investor reporting with high-quality analysis and presentations.

What You Bring

-Expertise in FP&A tools and reporting systems. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. -Collaborative leader with proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams. -Strong presentation skills, with ability to distill complex data into clear messages. -Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. -5+ years of in-house FP&A / strategic finance experience, ideally in a high-growth or PE-backed environment. -Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy and operations. -Around 4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Big 4 advisory, ideally with exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and corporate transactions. -Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools and reporting systems. Experience working in a global, fast-paced, technology-driven or SaaS organization is highly desirable. -Highly proficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel.
