Develop and set the overarching DevOps strategy for high availability and robust security
Serve as the ultimate architectural authority, guiding major cross-platform decisions for Mobile (Kotlin/Swift), Web (React), and Backend (PHP/Laravel) systems
Drive the product and technology roadmaps, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and ensuring our systems remain scalable and high-performance
Lead the management and growth of the entire engineering function, with ultimate responsibility for the performance and culture of key teams, including the 12-person full-stack group
Maintain sufficient technical depth to enforce a culture of continuous improvement, including requiring and validating the rigor of code review processes and quality gates across all teams
