Tasks

-Uses the electrical engineering web site to access department guides and standards -Assists more experienced Commissioning specialist coordinating, and reviewing electrical deliverables -Prepares and reviews simple electrical sketches, CX plans, and data sheets -Assists in review of supplier documentation for compliance with specifications -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Performs simple routine electrical calculations -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

What You Bring

-Good communications skills -Basic awareness of industry codes and standards -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Knowledge of advance mathematics -Basic power system familiarity with switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, power panels, protection relays, UPS systems, power monitoring systems, test equipment, etc. -2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering -Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. -Proficient with technical writing -Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. -Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. -Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. -Willing to travel to customer sites periodically -Basic knowledge of Commissioning, inspection and Testing of electrical components and system -Knowledge of basic electrical engineering theories
