HVAC Service Technician

Overview

Repair, maintain, and service residential/commercial HVAC systems.

Tasks

-Diagnose system issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure optimal performance. Provide expert HVAC solutions, addressing customer needs with professionalism and expertise -Inspect, clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage. Keep detailed records of service performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment. -Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. -Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.

What You Bring

-Reliable, year-round work -Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally -The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow. -Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch. -Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. -Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus! -Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. -EPA Certification preferred. -Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. -Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. -Ability to drive. -3-5+ years of HVAC experience (preferably in residential markets). -Valid Driver’s License required. -Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces. -Ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
