-Capturing best practices and contributing to bid libraries -Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance -Collaborating with technical teams and graphic designers -Coordinating bid submissions from start to finish -Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management

What You Bring

-Strong writing and editing skills -Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems -Excellent organisational and time management abilities -1–3 years of bid coordination experience -Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred) -APMP membership or certification (desirable)
