Tasks

-Work alongside industry specialists to deliver environmental impact assessments and approvals on high-profile, challenging projects. -Project management, including delivery of projects within allocated timelines, budgets and regulatory frameworks -Provide technical direction and leadership for junior team members, including an engaged and talent cohort of Early Professionals -Develop client relationships and support business development opportunities -Lead the delivery of complex environmental approval projects, such as Victorian EES's -Be the key point of contact to represent AECOM in client interactions, with regulators and within the broader industry

What You Bring

-Bring demonstrated experience on major projects, along with strong project coordination skills and commercial awareness to manage budgets, timelines and quality. -Hold a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field, with 10+ years experience in environmental impact assessments and planning approvals across various sectors in Victoria. -Be a collaborative team player with the emotional intelligence to influence, support others and foster positive working environments. -Be an effective communicator with strong technical knowledge, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. -Have a strong understanding of Commonwealth legislation (highly regarded), with essential experience in Victorian processes and familiarity with other State and Territory frameworks considered beneficial.
