Overview
Develop electrical designs and 3D BIM models, coordinate with teams, conduct site tasks.

Tasks
-Performing construction site field observations reports -Preparing punch lists during various stages of construction -Update model content based on redlines and as-builts -Identify prefab opportunities -Use Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Model and coordinate electrical, low voltage, and control systems. -Coordinate with other disciplines for the successful design, coordination, and delivery of projects. -Maintain project tracking numbers and metrics -Develop plans and specifications with resolutions for solving unique issues -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Responding to contractor RFIs -Reviewing shop drawings and construction submittals -Review of design drawings and submittals

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel); -Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail -Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical school; or equivalent work experience -Basic understanding of fire alarm and security systems. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagrams, panel schedules and floorplans. -Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Regular, reliable attendance -Preform QA/QC for all deliverables -Knowledge in NEC and NFPA 70 code, and state and local codes. -Proficiency with Bluebeam and ability to review electrical drawing packages and provide markups within the PDFs -Able to produce electrical floorplans and conduit routing plans for construction packages -Personal, reliable transportation is a MUST
