The Role
Overview
Calibrate, maintain, and service natural gas and liquid flow meters for clients.

Tasks
-Responsible for the accuracy of service tickets and timely submission. -Must always maintain detailed calibration data and historical records. -Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals. -Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements. -All employees who support partner companies are expected to follow the safety and employee conduct policies of the partner company which includes on-call obligations. -Must meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product. -Safely drive to customer locations and perform the required work in a safe manner.

What You Bring
-Must pass a post offer company drug and alcohol test. -Proficient in the process of LOTO. -Experience with assorted brands of liquid flow meters -Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees. -Ability to troubleshoot problems and work in adverse weather conditions -Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities. -Must be able to dress a meter tube per customer standards. -Prefer 2-4 years of experience in the following: -Effective troubleshooting ability. Skilled at replacing orifice meters, Coriolis, mag meters, and vortex meters. -Ability to work flexible hours including overtime. -Ability to observe, inspect, and maintain gas and liquid meters. -Demonstrated ability to calibrate per Method Flow Standard Operating Procedures. -Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism. -Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and 21 years of age to drive a Company Truck. -Automation and Instrumentation -A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required. -Must follow good housekeeping practices. -Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. -Safety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate. -Proficient in grind-outs for BSW meters. -Must follow training and company procedures. -Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts. -Knowledge and experience with Oil and Gas Industry processes -Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy. -Skilled in maintenance and calibration of portable 02 meters and hard mount 02 meters. -Experience with liquid flow meters and their components -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required. Excellent organization and planning skills. -Must be able to detect measurement errors and correct the meter as needed while maintaining detailed supporting documentation. -Mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
