-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team committed to excellence -Design and lead comprehensive procurement strategies to support the objectives of Qiddiya's ambitious project pipeline -Ensure adherence to procurement policies and industry regulations, mitigating risks and fostering ethical practices -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs and provide tailored solutions -Monitor procurement performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of procurement strategies to senior management -Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with contractual obligations -Conduct thorough market analysis and vendor assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements -Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management

-Proficient in procurement software and tools, with a strong understanding of digital procurement trends -Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding effective teams -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively -Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management -A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (CIPS, CPM) is preferred -10-15 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on large-scale projects in the entertainment, hospitality, or construction sectors -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
